intro

I started crowd controlling at a local venue in October 2007. I chose to do this because a) it would pay for an overseas trip b) needed a job c) wanted to improve my people skills.
Before this I had ventured into pubs and clubs perhaps once per year if at all. My day job is as a project officer for a NGO and thus very stuffy in comparison. Hence this role is one heck of an eye opener and cultural experience.
I’m male, nearly forty – but look younger (I think!) – happilly married and have some kids.

I decided to produce this blog because I see so much which is interesting and in some cases alien to me that I need to express it and my opinions about it.

Hopefully I can keep it up to date – and hopefully others enjoy the insights I discovered.
