Quiet street fighting cowboy in fancy dress

Who said the weekend after New Years Eve is quiet? Well, the patrons going from venue to venue, the police doing their patrols and inspections, and finally the other bouncers! Very peaceful. Two of the main three venues did not open last night (hence no post from me).

The real break in this serenity came from a street fighter who was sober, but wanted to discuss the barring order just served, and a fancy dress party.

Mr Street Fighter was very compliant. I served him with a permanent barring order and his friend for being disorderly and being involved in fights. From his position he was disappointed, but understood the situation our venue was in – considering he had been involved in three separate fights recently.

Going from tense to entertaining, along comes Sleeping Beauty (could have been called Sleeping something else) and the Fairy Godmother (just refer to her as breasts on a stick). Then we had Tinkerbell, a Gladiator (female), Snow White and a few others not so fancy. Regular ladies with a sense of humour and partying for a birthday.

Both Sleeping Beauty and the Fairy God Mother were very excited to explain who they were, but when the Fairy God Mother asked me if I liked what she was wearing, I said it was impressive. Not the right answer apparently.

Ride em high ride em low, yeah harr, Mr Cowboy removed from one venue, refused from another tries to get access to ours after closing. A few expletives later and wow, now I know why!
